Joining and opening a shop on Fidacity is free. Once you sell an item, there is a small transaction fee on the sale price and, if you accept payments with Stripe, there is also a payment processing fee based on Stripe’s fee structure.
Transaction fees are 2% for local artisans and 5% for all other sellers.
Artisans: If you make products by hand or grow your own products, you fall into Fidacity’s “Artisans” category.
All other sellers: Resellers, brick and mortar retailers, and service providers are included in Fidacity’s “All other sellers” category.
It's easy to set up a shop on Fidacity. If you’re not already signed up with Fidacity, simply create a new business profile, create a listing, set up with Stripe for secure payments, and start selling.
If you accept payments with Stripe, funds from sales on Fidacity will be deposited into the bank account you register with Stripe.
No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. There are no costs to publish your listings.
