FAQ

How do fees work on Fidacity Events?

Creating an event on Fidacity is free. Once you sell a ticket, there is a commission of $2 per ticket and, if you accept payments with Stripe, there is also a payment processing fee based on Stripe’s fee structure.

What do I need to do to create an event?

It's easy to create an event on Fidacity. Sign up with Fidacity, click on the "Add event" button found on the top right hand corner of the Events page to create your shop, and start selling.

How do I get paid?

If you accept payments with Stripe, funds from sales on Fidacity will be deposited into the bank account you register with Stripe.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create an event?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create an event. There are no costs to publish your events on Fidacity.
