eGift FAQs for a consumer

Q1: Are eGift Cards refundable?

A1: Once an eGift Card has been emailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their eGift, please ask them to check their spam or junk folders first. For support please send an email to help@fidacity.com

Q2: How do I place an order?

A2: You can shop on the site at any time, simply add the cards you want to the shopping cart, then check-out by paying with a valid credit card.

Q3: How is my order delivered?

A3: You will receive an email message that contains an order confirmation and a unique QR code that you can print or scan with a smart phone when you are ready to redeem it.

Q4. What methods of payment do you accept?

A4. We accept payment from major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Visa or Mastercard debit cards, Discover cards and American Express cards.

Q5. When will the eGift be received?

A5. Your order will be processed right away and an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please allow up to 1 hour for this email to be sent. If you don't receive it, please send us a message to help@fidacity.com

Q6. Where can these cards be used?

A6. These eGift Cards are intended to be used for future use. Please contact the seller prior to purchasing to inquire about the use of the eGift Card.

Q7. Who do I contact for questions about the eGift Card?

A7. Please contact the seller directly on the platform or reach out to them directly.

Q8. Do I have to use the full amount at one time?

A8. The eGift card is meant to be redeemed towards a full purchase. Please contact the seller prior to purchasing to see their policy on balances.
